If you wish to buy commercial coffee roasting equipment to start a small roasting company you may want to seek out equipment that caters to non industrial applications.

If you are roasting on an industrial and commercial scale or simply want commercial grade coffee roasting equipment but plan on actually roasting a retail quantity of coffee. The quality of coffee you expect to produce will also dictate the specific methodology you employ.
